Note: RBOB continues to operate fully outside the lower bollinger band. It is also Friday before a long holiday weekend in the US. For these two reasons I would not be surprised to see some consolidation around 2.3510, the 50% retracement. Should RBOB stabilize into the end of the week there is a good chance the rest of the petro complex could do the same. I will be inclined to treat any congestion as a pause in a down trend for the moment.
