Bears still have the upper hand despite Tuesday’s afternoon bounce. That said, time is not on their side. The bears must quickly push the petro markets beneath their late May lows, decisively, if they want maintain the upper hand. If the bears are not up to the task a sharp snap back to the upside would be in play.
